Yes! You can customize all menu items to your liking. You can add, substitute, or remove ingredients from our nutrition-led menu or create your own custom bowl, burrito, wrap, soup or salad.

Yes, you can customize any item on the Saladaa menu when adding it to your cart. Please note that requests for additions or premium toppings may incur an additional charge.

You can schedule an order up to one business day ahead, only for pick up.

Absolutely! To reorder register on our app and all past orders will be available on whichever past order youโ€™d like to enjoy again. Customizations are included!

You can use a Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, a Gift Card, or loyalty Points to pay for your order.

Yes, youโ€™ll need to show your digital card in store. You can find your card in the the Gift Card section. You may also show the e-mail with the card number and pin which you may have received.

You can load your Saladaa gift card to the app by selecting โ€˜Scanโ€™ the QR code and follow the load program. 

A delivery order may be cancelled if the driver is unable to locate you. When arriving at your delivery address, they will be prompted to contact you if there are issues, so keep your phone nearby.
